Although we charge fees termly there is an option to pay monthly via direct debit with School Fee Plan.

Nursery Fees 2024 - 2025
Fees are subject to an annual review, which usually takes place in April. The new academic year’s fees will be published on this webpage during the Summer Term.

Nursery Attendance
Attendance is expected during the Nursery teaching day (8.45 am and 3.25 pm). Places are offered on a full-time basis. However, on application we may consider part-time attendance, at three days a week in the first term, for settling in purposes. This will automatically increase to full-time in subsequent terms.
No allowance is made for Bank Holidays or INSET training days from pro-rata fees for any part-time children.
Free Early Years Education
All three and four year olds are eligible for 15 hours free childcare provision from the term after the child has turned 3.
Children of working families are eligible for 30 hrs of free childcare. To claim this the parent must apply to HMRC website and receive a valid code to provide in good time to enable the school to receive the funding. Parents must periodically renew the code via HMRC.
From April 2024 2-year-olds of working families are able to receive 15 hours of free childcare. Criteria apply and parent must apply to HMRC to receive the valid code.
Any discount is applied to balance of fees due after the free hours have been accounted for.

Additional fees
Examinations & Tuition
Variable charges are applied for all public exams, including GCSEs. Specialist extra-curricular tuition, for example to learn a musical instrument or a martial art, is charged separately.
Transport
A school bus pass covering one term is available for a return or single journey at a cost of £495/£275 respectively.
Wraparound Care & Holiday Provision
We operate a chargeable term-time before and after school club for Reception to Year 6 pupils. Please contact the School Office for more details.

NHS Discount
Where one or both parents are direct employees of the NHS* we offer a 10% discount against fees in recognition of their contribution to the health and wellbeing of society. This is a limited discount, available for a pupil’s first year (three consecutive terms) only. Contact us for further information.
* a valid NHS ID is needed as proof of eligibility for the discount.
Key information about payments
Fees are due in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term
Payments may be made by the School Fee Plan (SFP)
Late payment of fees will accrue a surcharge calculated at 1.5% per month from the first day of term
Any discount, if applied, is calculated in relation to net fees, after the deduction of lunch charges
International pupil fees
International students are those with nationalities other than UK or Irish who are subject to immigration control.
International pupils key information:
To secure a place, a deposit equal to one term’s fee is required. This is refundable when your child leaves school, providing appropriate notice has been given and all fees have been settled.
Pupils who need support with English as an Additional Language prior to enrolment and/or during the first year of their studies may be referred to Cognita’s English language school, Ardmore. Ardmore have over 35 years’ experience supporting young English learners and have recently developed an online platform – Ardmore X – to support teacher-led and independent study. Ardmore can support international pupils prepare for life at school in the UK in the weeks and months prior to the start of term. They can also support pupils throughout their first few terms with us, scheduling online English lessons outside of the standard school day.
